How it works
Vestex™ unisex scrubs are designed to meet the growing needs of the health care community without compromising safety, comfort, or the environment. The scrubs:
- Use a hydrophobic fluid barrier on the outside to repel blood and other bodily fluids commonly found in healthcare settings.
- Contain an antimicrobial to prevent degradation of the fabric from micro-organisms and to control odors caused by bacteria.
- Do not allow the emergence of microbial adaption or resistance.
- Enhance your comfort with an absorbing, hydrophilic technology to help regulate body temperature and keep you feeling and looking good.
- Last beyond 100 home or industrial washings and 5,000 abrasion cycles.
Technology
Fluid Barrier Technology: Protects clothing from contamination, staining and saturation that are naturally self-cleaning and repellant to bodily fluids, water, oil, dirt and dust.
SemeltecT: SemeltecT technology has never been shown to cause or allow microbial adaptation or resistance.
Quick Dry Comfort: The hydrophilic properties allow textiles to wick away moisture from the inside, enabling rapid evaporation of moisture. The hydrophobic properties on the outside of the technology protect against bodily fluids and staining as well as resist perspiration from being transported to the outside of the garment.
